Where Lane-Flex Works on Cycleways
Cycle lane delineators do a different job to roadside guide posts. They sit inside the carriageway, close to moving traffic, and they get hit more often than any other delineation on the network. Lane-Flex is built for exactly that. It bends flat under a wheel and returns upright, and it holds its shape through repeated impacts rather than needing replacement after the first one.
Separated bike lanes
Along the buffer between a bike lane and live traffic, Lane-Flex gives riders a continuous visual edge and gives drivers a clear boundary they can see at distance. The range runs from 300mm to 1000mm, so the delineator height can be matched to the site rather than forcing one height everywhere. UV stabilised polyurethane keeps the colour holding up through an Australian summer, and the gloss finish sheds the road film that dulls cheaper posts within a season.
Shared path entries and crossings
Where a shared path meets a road, a car park or a driveway, Lane-Flex marks the transition without creating a fixed obstruction. It stays visible at night when fitted with reflective banding, and it survives being driven over by maintenance vehicles that need to get onto the path.

Where a bike lane is seasonal, part of a trial layout, or installed for an event, the Snap-Lok removable base and the socket mount let the lane be set up and taken down without leaving damaged pavement behind. The drivable spike base is the fastest option of all for a trial, driven straight into bitumen with no curing time.
Choosing a base for a cycleway
Bolt-down suits permanent separated lanes going into concrete. Glue-down is quicker where the lane is being marked out as part of a bitumen resurfacing job. The drivable spike is for rapid deployment and trial layouts. Snap-Lok and socket mount are the ones to specify wherever the lane has to open up for street sweepers, emergency vehicles or event access, since the delineator lifts out and drops back in without tools.
